30-day money-back guarantee. Implement it and don't feel more in control of your finances within 30 days — full refund, no forms to justify, no runaround. Email Sydney@thefirstdollar.co within 30 days of purchase with your order number.

The Course
Same 30-day window as The Framework. If you've gone through the material and it's not delivering, email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Access to course materials ends once a refund is issued.

1:1 Coaching (Fixed-Session Package & Monthly Retainer)
Coaching is non-refundable once a session has occurred — you're paying for time and expertise delivered, not a product you can return. If you haven't had your first session yet, you can cancel for a full refund up until 48 hours before it's scheduled. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case at my discretion. Monthly Retainer clients can cancel future billing anytime with 14 days' notice — see your coaching agreement for full terms.

Live Masterclass
Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the live event. Inside that window, no refund — but you'll still get access to the replay. Once the replay is sent, the sale is final.
